I’m so excited that you have made the commitment and chosen your “ACTUAL” starting date.
I assume you followed all the Guidelines and tasks I have painstakingly laid out for you.
If you have, I have no doubts that you will sail through the first week of your 12-week program with ease. I don’t want you to be apprehensive about undertaking this simple quest.
“I want you to have fun as you progress through the 90 days of my program.”
You are only going to be asked to perform 3 basic workout routines, for 30 seconds each “AT YOUR OWN COMFORTABLE PERSONAL PACE”. Total time commitment for this first week is; 5-10 minutes tops, for 6 days. THAT’S IT FOR THE FIRST WEEK.
You are encouraged to drink 8 glasses of water a day, for 6 days, the first week. THAT’S IT FOR THE FIRST WEEK.

On each SATURDAY preceding each new week; you will receive a “password protected” email with all your NEWLY ADDED:
- Workout exercises
- Workout charts
- Health suggestions to help you lose those unwanted pounds and inches,
- My Diary experiences when I was, where you are now.
I want you to share your experiences, (good or not-so-good) with me and all your other classmates. With your help and constructive input, we will perfect the ideal program that will benefit all those who choose to participate.
