Week Five Recap – Week Six Preview
WEEK FIVE RECAP
Week 5 activities consisted of five (5) exercises performed at maximum of 30 seconds each. Approximately 20 minutes of walking time was added. How is the, near 30 minute, workout activities working into your schedule?
At this stage of my experience when I participated in my initial 90 day program, I found the regimen was quickly absorbed into my daily activities and became normal function of life. Just like brushing my teeth or taking a shower.
Has the Dietetic Supplement program been effective in transforming your overall health and wellness? I found the weight loss program very unobtrusive and easy assimilated, My experience was , I was seldom really hungry. I definitely had more energy and was motivated to tackle the next phase.
WEEK SIX PREVIEW
This week we will continue with our 5 exercises and approximately 20 minutes of walking. We are up almost up to 30 minutes of activity daily. Is it becoming easier? Are becoming stronger and more fit?
We are going to add one more, “one small thing” to our busy schedule. This exercise is called: Knee Raise Wrap.
You will watch and familiarize yourself with this Workout and find the corresponding Knee Raise Wrap Workout Chart in the
Chart Package you received in Week 1.
Be sure to download and read my Week 1 Workout Diary Recount at the start of each week. This you give you a preview of my personal experiences, successes, shortcomings and will provide a benchmark for you to compare your progress with mine at age 75.
The Wellness Portion of Week Six’s new “one small thing” added this week is: Stop eating unhealthy snacks after 7:00 PM. When you Download and read WEEK 6 WORKOUT DIARY and it will explain the reasoning and benefits of this task.
This new chore is addition to:
- Drinking 8 glasses of water daily
- Drinking 2 The Vitamin Shoppe cocktails daily
- Drinking 1 Bottle of BOOST each morning
- Adding 1 small meal 3 hours after rising daily
- Add 30 seconds of activity prior to Lunch and Dinner
