How Do I Know? I Did This Myself At The Age Of 75, And I’m Here To Show You The Exact Methods That Worked For Me.

Over the past 4-5 years I have painstakingly devoted most of my waking hours, researching, adapting and compiling the BEST of all of the myriad of accepted systems dedicated to Health & Fitness and available to the general public. Though time consuming “Trial & Error” (sometimes painful) experimentation, I learned one “glaring” certainty very quickly . . . What works for Men and Women under age 50, doesn’t necessarily work for folks OVER age 50.

Health-wise: Weight loss, dieting, and trimming unwanted inches, (when you are older) can happen but you have to apply an “entirely” different approach and mindset, if you want to be successful at keeping fit. The same theory applies with

Physical Fitness: You can still tone your body and become stronger but again, you must use different, sensible techniques for lasting benefits.

The principle I have perfected over the years is:
