My 90 day challenge was the easiest, most enjoyable, fulfilling thing I have accomplished recently. The pounds and inches came off easily and were replaced with hard muscle, and it all happened . . .

I did it:

  • without, the torture of “Quick Fix” fad diets;
  • without, the agony of having to consume all those expensive, regimented, tasteless ,frozen meals;
  • without, spending grueling untold hours suffering in some costly, sweaty, smelly gym every day;
  • without, purchasing a lot of expensive workout gadgets that . . . don’t work-out.

The only regret I have regarding this program is; “WHY, didn’t I do it sooner!” It truly pains me to think about all the time I’ve wasted suffering through the morass I was experiencing.

” I can’t think of anything more rewarding I could do with the rest of my life, than helping those of my ilk, that truly want and deserve to be happy, healthy and fit during their retirement years.”

For this reason, I want to share this program with everyone “over” 50 years of age. Although anyone could benefit by taking part in this regimen; the baby boomers and seniors will get the most out of it, because I have tailored my program to that age group.Besides, in my opinion, anyone under 50 is still using training wheels.

I live in beautiful 55 years and older retirement community in San Diego, CA. The complex has over 500 residences filled with baby-boomers and seniors from all walks of life. Some folks are very successful, others, not so much. I don’t know where else one could live and be exposed to such an all-encompassing, micro-cosmic cross section of humanity that would be more representative of the aging group I will be referencing.

For 10 years I have been observing my many neighbors and friends, including my wife and myself, handle our retirement years in various ways. Some really have their acts together . . . most don’t.

I personally was in an unhealthy rut and with no signs of any significant changes on the horizon. Approximately 3 years ago, I finally resolved; “I’ve only got a few years left and by God, I’m going to make the best of them!”

Consequently I extensively researched my personal dilemma. The data I gleaned coupled with the comprehensive analysis of my 10 year observation of my immediate residential pool led me to devise a simple “Three Step” Fitness/Wellness program” that has produced enduring, “miraculous” life-changing results for me.

I know, “miraculous “is an ambitious, ultra-presumptive adjective to bandy about carelessly. “What I feel I have accomplished and the beneficial results I enjoy, in my opinion, the term is totally appropriate.

“I’ll let you be the judge”

The initial impact of the program occurs in 90 days. The continuing, easy maintenance platform affords “benefits. . . that last a lifetime”.

“If you have the right attitude, feel and look good
